I am considered a leader in valuation, consultation and buy/sell analysis within the industry, having sold over 150+ businesses in 35+ states.
I enjoy working closely with both buyers and sellers and am committed to providing the necessary guidance to ensure they are making the best business decisions based on both personal and professional circumstances.

John Sosville: Partner, Broker
John has worked as a business/commercial broker, advisor, investor and owner/operator for the last ten years. Over the last 5 years, John has personally brokered over $100M in businesses/properties. Johns expertise lies in transactions of $5M- $30M in total value.
Recent business ownership experience involved the purchase of a small Denver based business which our team of owners grew into a portfolio of machines across Colorado, South Carolina and Georgia. The ATM business was sold in 2013, valued in excess of $2.5MM.
John’s additional experience includes nearly twenty years of strategic and business development, and M&A work for technology companies. During this time John was able to grow the businesses he worked with at an average rate of 50% per year.
John is a Colorado licensed real estate broker and earned his undergraduate degree from Ft. Lewis College. He also attended internationally at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce International du Pas de Calais (ESCIP) in Longuenesse, France.
